The Objective

Having provided security for prestigious events such as the Olympic Torch ceremony, Paloma Faith concerts, air shows and music festivals, Stage Security wanted to overhaul its online and offline image. The client's main goals included rapid business expansion and increased customer acquisition. To support this objective, they asked us to refresh the brand's visual style by building a new website, designing a corporate brochure, refreshing their corporate identification, and creating social media visuals that showcase their services. Following the brand refresh, we worked with the client on various digital marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition growth.

Web & UX/UI

A New Online Experience

We wanted to create a bold and abstract visual style for Stage Security, starting with a brand new website. Using impactful imagery, abstract elements and modern typography, we forged a unique look and feel that the client has made their own. We completely rebuilt the website's structure with customer acquisition in mind, making sure to accommodate an expanded portfolio of services and providing a superior customer experience. To improve efficiency, we built an online quotation tool tailored for conversions and worked with the client to produce a corporate video highlighting available services.

Creating a Modern Style

Our creative team used their knowledge of modern design trends to establish a theme that incorporates abstract overlapping squares. The bold and fresh UI/UX design for this project positions Stage Security ahead of competitors who use static, outdated and bland layouts. We ensured that the new website implemented an optimal volume and placement of call to actions to maintain high conversion rates. With visually differentiating types of content, such as case studies, services and blog posts, we made sure that users can easily find what they're looking for.

Building an Online Quotation Process

Historically, Stage Security manually dealt with inbound sales enquiries via phone calls and emails. The client asked us to improve the sales process by creating a dedicated quotation system capable of handling enquiries for different services. The enhanced quotation process improved the level of detail collected from new inbound business leads, assisting the client’s sales team in providing quotes more quickly and focusing on delivering an exceptional level of service. As the client expanded their range of services, we improved and refined the quotation process to further optimise for conversions.

Designed for Organic Search Growth

Using proven digital marketing strategies to assist Stage Security with their future growth was one of our goals from day one. A critical way in which we were going to achieve this was through a comprehensive SEO campaign. For this reason, it was vitally important that the new website delivered excellent technical performance, accommodated a deep level of informational content, and was efficiently optimised for schema markup. As an ongoing project, we implemented further technical and code-level improvements over time to assist with the website's organic growth.

Print

Bold New Print Assets

While digital growth is paramount to success, the client also wanted to improve their printed collateral. We applied the new website's abstract design theme to the client's print assets. Our design team produced a brand new 24-page corporate brochure that features case studies and testimonials from past clients and partners, helping to solidify Stage Security's strengths when representing at meetings, events and trade shows. We also refreshed their brand with a new corporate ID such as letterheads, business cards and compliment slips.

SEO

Growing Traffic on a National and Localised Level

It was a strong focus for the client to grow their business locally in their home county of Suffolk, but an equal priority was attracting new contracts on a national basis. This challenge required a two-tiered SEO campaign designed to achieve high rankings in specific geographical locations and to put Stage Security on the map for national-level keywords. We accomplished this goal by assembling a series of geo-targeted pages for neighbouring localities, each of which had a unique optimisation plan. These pages now rank highly in surrounding areas where the client is looking to attract new clients. For our national strategy, we started by focussing on ranking number one for 'festival security', a lucrative service to the client. We now maintain first position rankings for this keyword across the United Kingdom.
