Situated on Liverpool's iconic waterfront, The Bentley is a high-end private events venue spanning three floors complete with a private rooftop space and adjacent cocktail bar. The venue has hosted some of the city's highest profile celebrity and corporate events.

The Objective

Despite being heavily booked through a mixture of strong brand reputation and local press, The Bentley wanted to maximise new business generation using digital channels. We advised starting with the creation of a brand new and interactive website to be used as the destination for multiple streams of organic and paid traffic generation.

From creating a wide net of content covering all types of venue bookings, to utilising the client's engaging digital media to more effectively present the venue to the target market. A New Online Experience

The main objective of the new website project was to recreate the versatility, style and sophistication of The Bentley whilst showcasing some of the amazing events that have been held at the venue. We achieved this by creating an elegant website with fantastic design, high quality assets and custom iconography. We also utilised videos of recent events to relay the capability of the venue to deliver unforgettable experiences.

A High-Growth SEO Campaign

Following the launch of the new website the Activate team commenced work on a targeted search engine optimisation campaign. The objective was to establish a strong set of ranking positions in order to drive inbound business via organic search. In the first four months of the campaign we delivered a NET ranking gain on Google of 1,082 places achieving a set of prominent ranking positions.
