Focus Commercial is a specialised finance broker that provides property development, refurbishment and bridging finance to the UK property market.

The Objective

Focus Commercial asked Activate Digital to build a new mobile-ready website to help them stand out from other property finance brokers and attract new clients. They also wanted to increase their geographic reach to include London & Scotland, run several highly-targeted email marketing campaigns and produce a new corporate brochure.

The client attends a lot of industry events, so it was crucial that they had slick marketing assets to represent themselves well. We designed corporate brochures, product-specific brochures and case study brochures to help the client to demonstrate their services to potential customers. We paired this with print ads for industry periodicals - a pairing which helped to convert lots of new business offline.
